    I check out a condo at 40-60 and the first and last ting i noticed as i was in the parking underground was cracks in the cement and also water was seepping in around the drain pipes on the east wall on the lower parking level

      Thank you for the comment. Without seeing exactly what area you’re talking about I can’t comment specifically. Cracks in concrete are quite common and generally surface cracks. These items of concern are best reported to the condominium corporation management. They will have maintenance report forms to complete to address maintenance issues like these. I know in some older buildings it is quite common to have significant repairs to repair/reinforce concrete in underground garages. Road salt can very quickly accelerate the deterioration of concrete. Most condos power wash their underground garages in spring and fall.
