Attracting buyers with Home Lighting Renovations

Without a doubt, there is absolutely an art to home selling and persuading a buyer to make a long-term commitment on a house. However, it is also generally agreed that first impressions of the home have a significant impact on influencing a decision one way or another. Most people know when they have found the home of their dreams within the first 20 minutes of looking at the house. Therefore, it is increasingly important to ensure that a home is presentable for favorable first impressions. After all, the initial investment on home renovations yields a more significant return after the home is finally sold. Here are a few lighting projects that go a long way in increasing the overall appeal of your home when it is shown to prospective buyers.

Focus on the Kitchen

The Kitchen is one of the focal points of household; because of this, being able to show an aesthetically appealing kitchen area goes a long way. After all, the kitchen is the room that brings everyone together, so it is worth investing in. One quick and easy project for the kitchen is installing under cabinet lighting. Under Cabinet lighting works best on black or chrome finishes, but works with pretty much everything. The easiest models to install are the plug in ones, a project that takes no more than 20 minutes of your time. It is best to install low voltage under cabinet lighting to create a subtle, yet quaint touch to your kitchen. These under cabinet lights are strikingly attractive and complement new cabinets and countertops, quite nicely.  Installing pendant lights in the kitchen is another great project that will add value to your kitchen area. Pendant lights are great for highlighting a kitchen island or a center area in the kitchen. The addition of pendant lights will become a centerpiece of the kitchen’s décor. Many pendant lights are also eco-friendly LED lights, which will help you stay above the trend in the green initiative.

Exterior is the new Interior

When a prospective buyer is driving up to the home after a long day of work, the last thing that they want to see is a dark, dreary house. Using exterior lighting will not only highlight your home’s nightscaping appeal, but will also show off your property’s landscape, even at night. Eco-friendly solar walkway lights are perfect for impressing prospective buyers; the lights are extremely attractive, perfect for showing a nice flower-lined walkway, leading up to the front door. Furthermore, potential buyers will also be impressed that the walkways are lit by eco-friendly solar reflective lights. Another bold approach to outdoor nightscaping is the addition of a large flood light pointed directly on the façade of your house. This will surely turn heads and the flood light will throw light on the architecture of your house, which is something that you want to accentuate.

These Condos are great and I believe you all have decided to spoil us. After having such an experience may be even our homes won’t be the same again.
